All repairs and restorations are handled exclusively through our Marei New York workshop, where our highly skilled artisans, trained in traditional fine jewelry craftsmanship, personally oversee each piece with the utmost precision and respect for its original design.

Repairs or modifications made outside of our workshop can compromise the structural integrity and design details of your jewelry, and therefore are not recommended.

Our Process

Once your piece is received, we will conduct a full assessment to determine the necessary repairs. You will then be provided with a cost estimate and estimated timeline for completion. All estimates include fully insured shipping both ways and the cost of repair work.

Authentication

If your Marei New York piece was not purchased directly from us or through an authorized retail partner, it will first need to be authenticated before any work can begin. We are unable to repair or modify pieces that cannot be verified as authentic Marei New York designs.
